Reserves Day (26 June) recognises the valuable contribution Reservists make to our Armed Forces.
Created as part of Armed Forces Week (24-29 June), Reserves Day celebrates the men and women who balance civilian life with a military career and are ready to serve if their country needs them.
Reservists make up approximately one sixth of our Armed Forces personnel and are integral to protecting the nation’s security at home and overseas, particularly by providing capability in specialist areas such as cyber.
Amethyst’s cyber professionals are recruited from a wide range of sectors and backgrounds, including the Armed Forces. We are proud to have been awarded the MoD’s Employer Recognition Scheme Silver Award, which enhances our reputation for technical excellence and integrity by continuing to recruit and support those who have demonstrated selfless commitment to the values of the UK.
